At Wind Dancer Villa, part of the Sun, Sand, Breeze & Waves Group (SSBW), we aim to make your booking process simple and stress-free.
To confirm your reservation, full payment is due at the time of booking. This ensures your selected dates are held exclusively for you.
Please note: Your quote is valid for 48 hours after your booking request is approved
If payment is not received within this time, the dates may be released and become available to other guests.
If your plans change, our flexible cancellation policy applies:

95% refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival.

75% refund for cancellations made 5–13 days before arrival.

No refund for cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival.
A refundable security deposit of USD250 or approximately TTD1,700 (currency exchange rate may fluctuate) is due at the time of booking and released within 5 days after departure, once everything is left in good order.
Online Payments are processed under our parent brand, SSBW Group, which will appear on your credit card or PayPal statement.
